The City Band Commission oversees the general operation of the Cedar Rapids Municipal Band. The commission members direct a small paid staff and select band members through auditions.
The Municipal Band plays around 20 concerts over a nine (9) week summer season in City parks. All concerts are FREE to the public. For a schedule of events please visit our website.
