How to Apply to Serve on a City Board or Commission
The Mayor appoints citizens to serve on City boards, commissions and committees with City Council approval. If you are interested in serving, please submit an application to the City Clerk's Office. Incumbents who wish to be considered for reappointment must also submit an application.
Applications are accepted year round for mid-term resignations. Most terms of service expire on June 30 each year. For these annual appointments, applications are accepted through the end of April. All applications submitted will remain on file for one year.
