In support of our effort to limit public interactions, all permit applications are available online. Applications and forms can be filled out and emailed, faxed to the corresponding department, or dropped off in an envelope at the box located on the south side of our building at 500 15th Ave SW. Please allow time for our staff to process applications and respond back with questions.

Fill Out The Form And Submit Through Email or At The Drop Box On The South Side of The City Services Center. For Large Plan Submittals Please Submit Through Our FTP Site. Directions On How To Do This Can Be Found Here.
- The form should have fields that can be filled out on your computer.
- Then save the form to your computer and attach it to an email to the appropriate departmental email address. The email address to which you should send it will be listed on each form.
Registered contractors will be invoiced through our finance department.

Inspection requests can be made online on this page:
Inspection requests will be evaluated at the time of scheduling. If a project is not occupied, the risk is much lower and the normal scheduling process can be accommodated. Please allow 24 hours to process inspection requests.
Projects that are of a higher risk include occupied residential projects and we will look for alternative methods or may require a check-list.
