The Development Services Department facilitates the review of Final Plat submittals prior to approval by City Council. Plat of Surveys are also reviewed prior to approval by the City Engineer. Development Services also reviews associated improvement plans for new subdivision infrastructure, e.g. new streets and public utilities.
