Special Use Permits are issued for several uses that have specific requirements. The Development Services Department shall review Special Use Permit applications for conformance with the provisions of the Zoning Code and any use-specific criteria applicable to the property described in the application. A Special Use Permit is issued subject to compliance with this ordinance and all other chapters of the City Code. A Special Use Permit may be denied for properties or operators which are in violation of the City Code.
