The analyst division provides monthly analysis and reporting of financial information, creates a five year financial plan, prepares the annual budget and budget amendment, creates cost of service models, and monitors cash flows & debt compliance.
Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday located in the Finance Department.
