Money owed to you by the State of Iowa is currently being withheld by the State for potential offset of money you owe the City of Cedar Rapids. This portal provides additional information about the debt you owe the City.
If you've been notified of a potential offset of money, DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT TO THE CITY. It will result in a duplicate payment and will not expedite the release of your remaining tax refund.
