The Cedar Rapids Fire Code, which is Chapter 37 of the Cedar Rapids Municipal Code, is the nationally recognized International Fire Code 2018 edition. It has been adopted by the Cedar Rapids City Council with amendments.
If you would like to view the 2018 International Fire Code, a copy is available at the Cedar Rapids Public Library, 450 5th Avenue SE. The 2018 International Fire Code is a copyrighted work owned by the International Code Council, Inc. and is not available on the Internet. To purchase your own copy of the International Fire Code 2018 edition, contact the International Code Council, Inc. at www.iccsafe.org.
