City of Cedar Rapids Services Available
 
City services to the public continue to be fully operational and available online, via phone and by email. Departments are making efforts to ensure minimal disruption to public services, while taking necessary COVID-19 precautions.

A drop-box is available outside the City Services Center front lobby doors for those dropping off permits, payment, or other paperwork that would normally be dropped off in person at the front counter.  A drop-box is also available at the front of City Hall.
