FY18 Budget Presented to City Council
The proposed budget for fiscal year 2018 beginning July 1, 2017 was presented to the Mayor and City Council on February 9, 2017. The City budget allocates resources and establishes a direction for City of Cedar Rapids programs and services for the coming year. The proposed budget maintains the current property tax levy rate of $15.21621 per thousand dollars of taxable valuation for the ninth consecutive fiscal year.
City Council will vote to approve the final budget document on March 14, 2017.
