REQUEST FOR proposal
Flood Related Environmental Assessment Services
Scope
of Work:
The City is seeking multiple vendors to provide
various flood related environmental assessments to
include air quality assessments, mold assessment and
cleanup protocol, moisture testing and asbestos
testing. All testing shall be performed by an
independent, accredited analytical laboratory.
The initial term of the contract shall be for three
(3) months, anticipated to be August 7, 2008 through
November 6, 2008. The City and Contractor may
renew the original contract in 30 day increments by
mutual agreement.
