REBID: FLUORESCENT FIXTURES - BID #0508-060

Scope of Work:
This project is being re-bid due to the original bid being compromised by the flood event.  Purchasing Services could not be certain that no bids were left in City Hall when it was evacuated, and other bids were in the process of being mailed and arrived late at the new City Hall location.  All bids that were received by Purchasing Services have not been opened.  If you would like your previous bid returned, please notify the Purchasing Agent of record.  If you wish to submit a bid on the project, you must resubmit the Bid Submittal Form and Signature Page (pages 4-5).

You are invited to submit a bid for the purchase of (68) fluorescent fixtures as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Facilities Division.  All fixtures shall be new and unused; demonstrator models are not acceptable.
