Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is requesting bids from responsible and qualified temporary employment agencies to provide qualified individuals to fill as-needed temporary positions that are required due to the impact of the flood. Although the needs listed below are immediate, the City intends to establish a one-year contract in the event future as-needed flood related temporary services are necessary. Due to the urgency of this request, turnaround is short.
