You are invited to submit a bid for the purchase and delivery of miscellaneous traffic signal shop equipment to replace equipment lost and/or damaged in the flood as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Traffic Engineering Department.  All equipment shall be new and unused; demonstrator models are not acceptable.
