  • To file a complaint with Cedar Rapids Transit a complainant must email or mail in the completed Title VI complaint form to HR@cedar-rapids.org or Human Resources Director, City of Cedar Rapids, Human Resources Department, 101 First St. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401. Cedar Rapids Transit will respond and request additional information with the goal of obtaining an appropriate resolution. 
  • A complainant may file directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Complaint Team, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20590.
  • LEP (Limited English Proficient) Passengers - communication assistance is available to you at no charge. Please contact Cedar Rapids Transit at (319) 286-5537.
