Seminole Valley Cross-Country Course
The cross-country course at Seminole Valley Park provides a natural park setting and variations in vegetation. The course covers a mix of mowed turf, low mow fields and wetland areas. It has multiple loops and a layout that will serve 4, 5, 6 and 8K races at high school and collegiate levels.
