Rental Services

SAFE-CR (Secure And Friendly Environments) is a program that ensures properties within the city limits are well maintained and are not used for unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs the peaceable use of surrounding properties. The program applies to rental, owner-occupied residential, commercial and industrial properties, including individual rental units. The goal is to make our neighborhoods safer and preserve property values for all property owners.
