The Corridor MPO can assist with plan development and studies to help guide and manage projects in the short- and long-term. Plans and studies could include:
- Safe Routes to School Plans: Ensure safe environments for students to walk and bike to school through education, encouragement, engineering, and enforcement strategies
- Bicycling/Pedestrian Plans: Prioritize non-motorized vehicular travel, increase accessibility and mobility, and improve quality of life
- Corridor Management Plans: Create a development vision for the Corridor and ensure goals and objectives are met and sustained
- Major Street Plans: Represent a City’s vision for major streets within their broader transportation system
- Land Use Plans: Establish a long-term land use vision and development framework for a City’s future
- Speed Studies: Conducted to assist in plan development, safety analyses, and design standards
- Transportation Studies: Includes transportation impact, corridor, network, and transit studies to assist in plan development
