Development Services Division (DSD) provides plan review of signed and sealed drawings by a licensed design professional for commercial, industrial, and other public buildings.
Your plan review can begin when the following are submitted:
- Commercial Building Permit Application. Contact information for the applicant and owner are required.
- Code Analysis
- Signed and sealed building plans. PDF is the preferred format for the documents. Documents should include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.

- Upload to FTP Site (Building Services Contractor Folder) if greater than 20 Megabytes
