The purpose of the Sign Code is to set forth minimum requirements to regulate the location, use, size, height, and bulk of signs, as well as the time, place, and manner of their display, in order to ensure public safety, including traffic safety, to promote the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, and to promote public health and welfare as otherwise permitted by law. The provisions contained in Sec. 32.04.08 shall apply to all signs.
