The Finance Department is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions of the city and safeguarding the City’s assets and financial resources. The Finance department provides financial reporting, administers the City’s Annual Budget and 10-year Capital Improvement Program, and is responsible for the payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, treasury, risk management, and procurement functions. The City Finance department also provides fleet and facilities maintenance services to other city departments.
