Teresa Feldmann joined the City in June 2018 to serve as Human Resources Director. Teresa is responsible for planning, organizing and directing Human Resources activities and operations of the City, including overseeing HR staff.
Teresa was born and raised in Iowa. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College in Flint, Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law. She has worked in the human resources field since graduating from law school, most recently as Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager at Whirlpool in Amana, Iowa. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
