Project Background:
This project includes the reconstruction of 26th Street SE from Meadowbrook Drive to Bever Avenue. Improvements include concrete roadway, stormwater sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, ADA compliant sidewalks and pedestrian ramps.
Planned Improvements:
The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of Complete roadway reconstruction including water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and ADA compliant sidewalks located at 26th Street SE from Meadowbrook Drive to Bever Avenue. The Engineer’s estimate of probable cost is $2,180,000.
