Bob Hammond

Public Works Director

Bob Hammond provides leadership and direction of the Public Works Department, overseeing all engineering, traffic, streets, real estate, sewer collection, stormwater conveyance, and administration.

Hammond received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho, and is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Washington.

Previously, Hammond served as the Public Works Director and City manager in Kennewick, Washington. He's also served as the Energy Services Director in Richland, Washington, along with the Executive Consultant for Financial Consulting Services, and Interim Public Works Director in Blaine, Washington.
