Project Background:
This project will improve the pavement condition for the 2023 Fair Oaks Addition Pavement Reconstruction project. This project will include complete roadway reconstruction, storm sewer improvements, sidewalk reconstruction in accordance with ADA requirements, and sanitary sewer point repairs. The planned timeline for project reconstruction is 2023.
Planned Improvements:
The Public Improvement generally consists of PCC pavement reconstruction, storm sewer construction, sanitary sewer service replacement, water main improvements, grading, sodding, and associated items of work located at 18th Street NW from F Ave to Seminole Avenue, Seminole Avenue NW from 18th Street to east end, Cheyenne Road NW from Seminole Avenue to Sioux Drive, and Sioux Drive NW from Cheyenne Road to Yuma Drive. The Engineer’s estimate of probable cost is $1,860,000.
