L Street SW from Wilson Avenue to 27th Avenue Reconstruction

This project includes improve the pavement condition for L Street SW from 28th Avenue to Wilson Avenue. The work also includes complete pavement reconstruction, placement of longitudinal sub-drain, and storm sewer replacement.
