The improvements included patching and asphalt resurfacing. Improvements were completed on May 15, 2023. The public is now using a new improved surface roadway.
Project Background:
This project includes the overlay of Ushers Ferry Road NE from 42nd Street to Oak Creek Drive. This project will be completed in conjunction with Linn County. The portion of the project that this City will be participating in is approximately a half street width of 265 feet in length and a full street width of approximately 600 feet in length. This Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay will extend the service life of the street.
Planned Improvements:
Description of Public Improvement The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of patching and HMA resurfacing roadway improvements, located at Ushers Ferry Road NE from 42nd Street to Oak Creek Drive. The Engineer’s estimate of probable cost is $340,000.
