Customer Service Feedback Survey Available Online

Residents and those who do business with the City of Cedar Rapids are invited to respond to a customer service feedback survey the City is conducting. The survey is designed to improve the quality of interactions customers have with City staff. Those interested in providing feedback are encouraged to complete the online survey.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and will inform work to improve City-wide customer service delivery. It includes questions geared toward understanding how residents and businesses prefer to access services and the expectations those customers have regarding high-quality customer service. The survey will also help the City understand customer impressions of service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be available through July 31, 2021.
