CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – December 28, 2020 – The Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department will close an Ellis Park access road, also known as Park NW, from Ellis Boulevard to Zika Avenue NW on Tuesday, December 29. The access road, near the Harbor View Pavilion, is not on the main road through the park and is routinely closed for the winter because it is difficult to maintain due to its slope.
