City officials and community partners will mark a milestone in ConnectCR and Flood Control System work during a groundbreaking on Thursday, October 7, 2021. The event will celebrate the beginning of construction on Cedar Lake improvements -- including both ConnectCR enhancements and a Flood Control levee.
