Post-Season Swimming Hours Begin August 5 for Cedar Rapids Municipal Pools

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – August 3, 2023 – Post-season swimming hours for the Cedar Rapids outdoor municipal pools will begin Saturday, August 5 with the seasonal closure of Bever Pool at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 4 followed by the closure of Jones Pool at 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 6. Cherry Hill closes at 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 20. Ellis closes at 12 p.m. on August 27, and Noelridge closes at 5 p.m. Monday, September 4 (Labor Day). The post season schedule follows:

Jones Pool:                             
August 5 – 6 (Saturday, Sunday)
11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. | Lap Swim
1 – 5 p.m. | Open Swim         

Cherry Hill Aquatic Center:  
August 7 – 11 (Monday – Friday)
11:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. | Lap Swim

6:30 – 8:30 p.m. | Open Swim

August 12, 13, 19, 20 (Saturday, Sunday)
