City Solid Waste & Recycling Operators to Compete in Second Annual ROAD-E-O

Cedar Rapids Solid Waste and Recycling is hosting the second annual ROAD-E-O, an event organized by the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). The event gives area large equipment operators the opportunity to compete in several events, using a variety of machines.

Join us for the competition and stay to check out other large equipment, including all five of the City’s newly unveiled art wrapped garbage and recycling trucks. The event is free, open to the public, and kid-friendly.
